HORTENSIA
The beauty of the hydrangea lies in its abundance. Countless delicate blossoms come together in lively clusters, each contributing to the joyful and naturally expressive character of the flower. Hortensia draws on this variety, translating it into compositions of rubies and diamonds in which the flower takes on different forms.
Different interpretations of the Hortensia flower meet across these new designs. Rich surfaces of invisibly set rubies shape softly rounded petals around brilliant diamond centres. Other flowers combine diamond pavé with vivid ruby centres, each petal framed by channel-set rubies. More delicate, open flowers reveal another expression, with channel-set rubies tracing their petals around a central diamond.
The new additions extend the original Hortensia collection, where the signature invisible setting has long defined its distinctive ruby flowers. Bringing together invisible setting, diamond pavé and channel setting, the new designs explore the character of the hydrangea through a greater variety of forms and textures, while preserving the playfulness and abundance at the heart of Hortensia.
